Starter for Cheese making (Low Temp)



This sachet of cheese starter is for low temperature cheese making (Mesophyllic)


Suitable for the majority of cheese making.


Each sachet comes with full instructions. You make this culture into 1 litre of milk and then freeze the cultured milk after a number of hours at a temperature of about 32ºC, 94ºF. This can be frozen into an ice cube tray and then a couple of ice cubes popped into the milk for ripening will be perfectly fine.
