Cevapcici are of Turkish and Levantine origin and are so easy to make. You might want to pre cook your onion, and many people actually mince their onion.
The ingredients are a guide, there are a number of variations, pork and beef, lamb and beef etc.

The whole thing is easy to make, anyone can do it.
1 Kg Ground Beef
6 – 8 Garlic Cloves
15 g Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika
1/2 – 1 teaspoon Cayenne
Black Pepper to taste
They are simply mixed together and rolled into sausage shapes and cooked wither in a pan, a grill or an oven.
